Sweatheory KC is located in the heart of downtown Kansas City, nestled in the cozy Crossroads Arts District. Our building is over 100 years old, and you feel at ease the instant you enter our space. “It smells amazing in here!” is a frequently heard saying. Infrared Sauna Sessions

Whether you want to Sweat Yourself or do a Social Sweat with a friend, our one-hour infrared sauna sessions will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. At Sweatheory, our infrared saunas are built with untreated cedar and non-toxic building materials, so each breath you take is of pure, fresh air. Each of our private infrared sauna rooms is also equipped with a shower full of organic products, creating a relaxing, spa-like atmosphere for you to wind down and sweat it out.

Infrared Fitness Classes

In addition to our private saunas, Sweatheory also offers yoga, meditation, and various fitness classes in our infrared studio. Like our saunas, the studio is furnished with untreated cedar walls and built with non-toxic materials, along with a beautiful pink Himalayan salt wall that purifies the air and creates a calming atmosphere. The studio is also lined with medical grade chakra-colored lights that set the tone for your class.
