Your Session will begin in your private ensuite Infrared sauna room with a shower. Next too or oppisite your room is our Cold plunge allowing you to step out and enjoy your hot to cold cycles
Swimsuits are mandatory for the session and you must rinse off in the shower before stepping into the cold plunge.
